I'm so incredibly thankful that I got to meet Laurie. In the short amount of time I spent with him, despite it all, he radiated positive energy and was the life of the party. The memories he created will be cherished forever.

I can hear your laugh and see your smile. Both bigger than ever. I miss you cousin and my heart is heavy for you loss. I love you and will see you again. You made me wings once, make sure the ones I get on the other side are just as beautiful.

Cousin Laurie, It was time for you to go,I know you wanted to stay but your earthly body gave way to your heavenly home. Were the outstretched arms of your momma waiting to receive you into a long embrace. I can picture her asking God if she could be the one to welcome you through heaven’s gates. You’re now reunited with God and made whole no more failing health. Your most likely walking, leaping, and praise God. Your with your mother, aunties, and uncles. In time your family will remember you not with heavy hearts. But with warmth, love, and a smile as they remember all the memories you gave them. What a cherish gift you gave each of them Laurie! With love your cousin Brenda

Our deepest condolences to Auntie Lorie, Catherine, Johnathan and Elizabeth. Uncle Laurie had a fierce pride in his family and all those that he loved. He would be humbled at the outpouring of love from us all, but it is so well deserved. His wide smile, mischievious ways and his gentle heart will be missed by us all. Lots of love, Jennifer, Bob and Jake.
